LODGING

The participants are responsible for their own hotel arrangements. Boston is an attractive tourist city and the hotel situation is generally very tight. Thus the participants are advised to make their hotel reservation now even if they may not be fully sure of their plans. Special rates have been negotiated with the Colonnade Hotel close to Northeastern University. The relevant information on the Colonnade is as follows:

Rate per day: Single or double at the rate of $159 plus a 5.7% Massachusetts state tax, 4% city tax, and 2.75% CCF tax.

To make reservations at the above special rates, please call directly at 617-424-7000. It is imperative that you identify yourself as part of the "SUGRA conference" at Northeastern University.

There are also a number of Inns and Bed & Breakfast places in the Boston area which tend to be cheaper than the hotels. Some of these in a few miles radius of Northeastern University are listed below. The rates listed are meant only as indicators and are subject to change. No special rates have been negotiated with these hotels.
